Discover the art of making cheese in a course led by Galleria Burrata.

Bringing the flavours and craftsmanship of Southern Italy to Tucci, this hands-on experience will guide you through the process of creating your own Mozzarella, led by an expert cheesemaker. Settle in with a glass of bubbles and a grazing board as you learn, create and taste your freshly made Mozzarella.

Nestled in the historic Goolugatup Heathcote Reserve and overlooking the Swan River, let this indulgent afternoon linger into the night and prolong the experience with your favourites from our menu.
